I only want to drag the rows in the fields box. Could I remove the table header draggable function.

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to disable the dragging feature of the pivot grid. You can find the list of available options for customization in the documentation.
However, if enabling/disabling of dragging is a crucial feature for your case, we recommend considering Flexmonster – a more advanced pivot table component that provides an extended list of customization options and functionality.
