I would like to define sortOrder for a row or column to customize in some sort of order
but it doesn’t work, is this function available??

Unfortunately, this feature is not available in WebDataRocks. As a workaround, you can take advantage of the fact that if you keep your members unsorted, they will be displayed in the order of appearance in the data source.
Please check out this CodePen demo which shows how to sort members in a custom ordering without using the sortOrder property.
